This workshop raises awareness of the Quality models used by the voluntary Sector and assists individuals to make choices as to their appropriateness for their organisation.

During the workshop we will:

• Consider the quality models that are used by the voluntary Sector
• Identify the strengths of each model
• Describe how the models link together

Is this course right for me?

This is a practical approach to the key quality models used in the sector. It will help participants to decide which models are appropriate to their organisation and where to get support in using that module.

The workshop will provide an overview of the various quality frameworks and tools: EFQM, The Big Picture, PQASSO, Charter Mark, Investors in People, Balanced Scorecard and your own sectoral specific standards i.e. Care Standards or Housing Standards.  It will show how they can compliment each other and how their different elements can dovetail into effective tools to improve your organisation.
